The MAX96708GTJ+T is a compact, integrated serializer and deserializer designed to convert high-speed parallel digital video logic signals into a single link comprising eight high-speed serial channels. It is an integrated multi-channel differential serializer and deserializer that supports data rates up to 6.5Gb/s. The MAX96708GTJ+T is the ideal solution for applications that require the conversion of parallel digital signals into serial data. These applications include source and destination controllers for high-speed digital video, external storage controllers, multi-port HDMI and DisplayPort outputs, high-bandwidth memory interface, and networking applications.
