MAX9728AETC+ Amplifiers - Audio

The MAX9728AETC+ is a high performance low power consumer audio amplifier designed for products such as clocks, MP3 players and other consumer devices. The device features a low quiescent current, low power consumption, low distortion, low THD and excellent sound quality. In addition, it has a low profile package, low cost, and is designed for applications with limited space and power.

Features of the MAX9728AETC+

The MAX9728AETC+ is a single-supply, audio power amplifier; it is capable of delivering up to 18W of continuous average power into an 8Ω load with less than 10% THD+N from a 5V power supply. This device also has a high input sensitivity, low output noise, and high PSRR so it can be used in portable and noise-sensitive applications. It has very low quiescent current for good power savings in battery-powered portable devices, small size, ease of use and fast turn-on time make it ideal for portable applications even in areas with limited available space.

The MAX9728AETC+ also features a stereo cross-channel feedback circuit that ensures left and right channel audio is balanced, the stereo channel gain is matched, and noise interference is minimized. Working Principle
