MC10H102PG is a dual positive-NAND logic gate, commonly referred to as a "logical inverter". It contains two identical gates in a single integrated circuit package. Each gate consists of two input and one output. The device is designed for standard CMOS technology and utilizes the “high-low” transition of both inputs to produce a single output. The output voltage is a logical inverse of the two inputs.This logic gate was first introduced by Motorola in 1963 and has remained popular to this day due to its low power requirements and wide applications in digital circuits. In addition, MC10H102PG is available in both DIP and SOIC packages. This device is widely used in various applications such as data processing, memory circuits, industrial control, interface systems, communications and analog signal processing.
