MC10H602FNR2 is a logic-translator, level-shifter integrated circuit (IC) from ON Semiconductor. The device integrates two voltage-level compatible N-channel MOSFET linear ion-current translators for 3.3V to 5V and 5V to 3.3V bi-directional level shifting operations. This IC provides a low frequency level translation solution for Multi-Drop configurations and is especially suitable for the applications which require the fastest switching speed.The MC10H602FNR2 device is targeted for Consumer, Computer, Industrial and Automotive applications.
