MC14013BDG Application Field and Working Principle The MC14013BDG is a dual D-type flip-flop IC from the early storage-logic IC family of Texas Instruments. It shares many of the same features as other dual D-type flip-flops, such as 1.5K words of instruction ROM, and the ability to perform low-level assemblies. The flip-flop is ideal for general logic applications, such as toggling a single bit of data between two separate states. The MC14013BDG also provides flexible flip-flop architecture, allowing implementation in either a wired-or or wired-and configuration.The dual D-type flip-flop is composed of two identical flip-flop ICs, which can individually store a single bit of data.
