The MC79L05ABDR2 is an integrated, low dropout linear voltage regulator created by ON Semiconductor. It is part of the company’s MC79L00 Voltage Regulator family, a series of 5V fixed output 1A regulators that are designed for use in battery-powered systems, as well as other applications requiring low power consumption and high noise immunity.
