The MCP130T-300I/SN offers superior system performance, ease of use, and reliability in a miniature SOT-23 package. It provides monitoring of three major system supplies: +3.3V, +2.0V and ±1.0V. This includes two adjustable voltage thresholds (Vth) with an active-high reset output, one watchdog timer (WTD) with an active-low reset output, and a system power monitor (SPM) with an active-low reset output.
This product type offers high-accuracy voltage monitoring and temperature range of -40°C to +125°C for reliable reliable operation in a variety of harsh environments.
