The devices feature an integrated voltage regulator to supply the outputs a stable voltage, and a programmable current source to create more uniform sink currents up to 200mA. The driver family also includes a wide output voltage range, blocking diode, and programmable dead-time control to reduce glitch levels and improve signal integrity in applications with limited pin counts.ReceiversThe MCP2003-E/MD receiver family is designed for use in signal processing and signal conditioning applications. The devices feature an integrated low-glitch voltage regulator, wide input range, and configurable shutdown circuit which allows input signal isolation from the digital ground to reduce noise effects on the receiver. The receivers also feature a programmable hysteresis voltage and wide common-mode input range to ensure proper operation of digital circuits under varying conditions.TransceiversThe MCP2003-E/MD transceiver family is designed for use in communication systems, such as automotive networks, industrial control and monitoring applications.
