It can be used in a wide range of applications, including telematics, medical devices, industrial controllers, consumer electronics, and many more.The MD1-9PH003P offers excellent voltage and current protection features, as well as multiple output wattage options, programmable outputs from 3V to 15V with different current ratings, and adjustable shutdown voltage. The device supports 10 times higher than normal over-load capability to make sure the full load current won’t be limited due to short-term high-load conditions. The maximum power efficiency is up to 88%, and with no minimum load limit, it is best for applications like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and communication systems.

Working Principle

The MD1-9PH003P utilizes a Zero Voltage Switch (ZVS) topology based on forward converter. The ZVS topology works by converting low-voltage, high-current AC to an unregulated DC voltage, then using the switching action of a power transistor to produce the desired output voltage.
