MDM-9PL39 is an integrated module with a global real-time positioning system based on China Beidou satellite navigation launched in 2000 and a 9-axis inertial navigation system. It can achieve high-precision gesture recognition and positioning under the premise of low power consumption.

The MDM-9PL39 module can be widely used in robots, drones, mobile robots, intelligent sports and health, indoor navigation, intelligent control systems, etc. It is particularly suitable for scenarios where the accuracy of positioning and attitude needs to be improved. In addition, the MDM-9PL39 can be used as a 6-axis gesture recognition product or a simple navigac controls.

Working Principle

The MDM-9PL39 module contains a single chip Beidou receiver based on ARM\'s 32-bit MCU. The structure of the chip consists of receiver antennas, RF circuits, DSP (digital signal processing) and VMM (virtual mass memory). The antenna is responsible for the reception of Beidou satellite signals, and the RF circuit is used to convert and adjust the frequency of many signals. The DSP then performs digital signal processing on the data.

The MDM-9PL39 module combines accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer and GPS receiver to form a navigation and attitude sensing module. The accelerometer, gyroscope and magnetometer measure the linear acceleration, angular velocity and earth magnetic field respectively. The dat signals are used to calculate the attitude and position information of the receiver in real time. The GPS receiver is used to measure the zenith distance of the satellite in space and the time difference between the received signal and the current time. The data is used to calculate the two-dimensional and altitude coordinates.
