Through Hole Resistors – MF0207FRD52-102R
Through Hole Resistors (THRs) are one of the many types of resistive components used in electronic systems. They are built from a series of thick and thin layers of specialized material, forming a cross-section with a “hole” in the layers at each end. THRs can be used in all manner of circuits, but are particularly useful in low-power applications such as power-supply circuits, digital logic circuits, and in sensitive high-impedance circuits, where a smaller form factor is required. Resistors of this type are characterized by their superior tolerance of temperature variations and low-profile construction. The MF0207FRD52-102R is a specific THR which has been designed for the task of protecting sensitive components from the effects of electrical overshoot.
