The MIC2214-WMBML TR (Tamper-Resistant) Voltage Regulator Linear is a PMIC – Voltage Regulators – Linear designed by Micrel Inc. It is equipped with an asymptotic droop-canceling control circuit, providing superior load and line regulation at low to moderate duty cycles.The MIC2214-WMBML TR Voltage Regulator Linear has adjustable output voltage (4.3V to 14V) with a current capacity of up to 1A. It includes protection against reverse voltage polarity, over-voltage up to 16V, and over-temperature. It is integrated with several features, such as 3-pin enable input (EN1V, EN2V, EN3V), power-on reset (POR) circuit, open drain fault detect (FD) output and soft start.The MIC2214-WMBML TR Voltage Regulator Linear also provides a low quiescent current of <15µA in ECO standby mode with regulation maintained across pads FG, FG1V and FG2V. The module incorporates a continuous overload fault protection circuit for the output, an over-voltage protection circuit for the input, and a thermal shutdown circuit to protect both the module and attached components.
