The MIC384-1YMM-TR is a temperature sensor with both analog and digital output. It can measure up to two ranges of temperature, ranging from -20°C to +70°C and 0°C to +100°C. This sensor utilizes semi-conductor thermocouples installed directly into a hermetically sealed electronic package. It contains a precision temperature sensor integrated circuit, configured with an internal pull-up resistor and connected to a NTC thermistor. This thermistor is used to detect temperature changes and convert them into an analog output.

When an external temperature is detected, the thermistor is excited by the thermal radiation.
