The MIC39101-3.0BM is a high-efficient, low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator, designed specifically to offer designers a cost-effective, single-chip solution for providing efficient, low-noise power supply for mobile and automotive applications. This device integrates a low on-resistance, low-noise filter, error amplifier and low drop-out PMOS transistor, together with other support circuitry, all in an ultra-small surface mount package.
