MIC39501-1.8BU TR

The MIC39501-1.8BU TR is a Transistor Output Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulator. It is intended for supplying loads with low to moderate loading requirements, such as microprocessors, ASICs, and FPGAs. The device is available in a SOT-23-3 package and operates over a wide input voltage range of 1.8V to 16V. The output voltage is adjustable from 1.8V to 15V, and the minimum dropout voltage is only 250mV at 0.7A.
