The MIC5264-PPYML EV is a voltage regulator integrated circuit (IC) that is made by Micrel Semiconductor. The MIC5264-PPYML EV is a High-Voltage High-Efficiency Adjustable Linear Voltage Regulator that can be used in wide range of applications. It offers a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 24V and can be adjusted output voltage from 1.5V up to 21V with 0.2% accuracy. It also provides low output noise, low quiescent current, a low dropout voltage, and excellent load and line regulation. The MIC5264-PPYML EV has an adjustable current limit, an advanced protection circuitry, and is provided in 8-pin SOIC, SO and µSO, as well as lead-free MSOP and TSSOP packages.
