MIKROE-1307 Application Field and Working Principle

MIKROE-1307 evaluation board, from Mikroelektronika, is a board designed to provide features of both expansion boards and daughter cards. The evaluation board shows the application field of all features combined in a single board.The MIKROE-1307 expansion board enables evaluating boards in a wide variety of applications, spanning both digital and analog systems. The board is equipped with two 74HC4067 multiplexers, two 74HC595 shift registers, and a high-speed wide-bandwidth and low-power latency code-transfoarchitecture. It also includes six DAC ports, two ADC ports, one UART port, one SPI bus, two I2C buses, and one 24-bit port. Additionally, The board includes a 12 V power source and two USB ports. The board is also furnished with a Microchip MCU chip-architecture based 16-bit PIC18F25K22 microcontroller with 512KB Flash memory and 32KB SRAM.The MIKROE-1307 daughter card is a single-board solution providing features up to 5.3GHz. The daughter card can be plugged into the evaluation board and uses two voltage regulators for controlling the daughter cards power consumption. Additionally, the board is equipped with a 12bit RESET port with which other up-to-date features can be integrated. The daughter card also supports six D1 ports, two digital clock ports, one temperature port, two analog port, four frequency modulation ports, and six 8-bit LED ports.In short, MIKROE-1307 offers remarkable features in applications based on digital, analog, and code-transformarchitecture. The board, when combined with the daughter card, can be utilized to evaluate boards in a wide range of applications. Furthermore, the stability of the daughter card enables high performance solutions and better accuracy. Additionally, the board provides low-power latency with high-speed wide-bandwidth.
