MM3Z4V3ST1G Diodes - Zener - Single Application Field and Worling Principle
The MM3Z4V3ST1G is a SOD–123 package Zener diode with a Zener voltage of 3.6 V. It belongs the family of Zener diodes known as single–diode Zener.
Application Field

Working Principle
