MMP0120/AGNP

MMP0120 and AGNP are extremely versatile pushbutton switch solutions that provide reliable switching performance in a wide range of applications. The MMP0120 and AGNP switches operate by means of electrical contact. Inside the switch is a spring-loaded contact that is pushed down when the switch is actuated. This compresses the spring and makes the electrical connection. When the switch is released, the spring pushes the contact back to its original position and the electrical connection is broken. The contact force of the switch is adjustable, allowing for a wide range of force settings. This ensures the switch operates reliably and provides a consistent tactile feel for each switch actuation.

The switches also feature an audible click when the switch is pressed. This is achieved by a hollow dome inside the switch which snaps against an internal contact when the switch is pressed. This provides an audible confirmation that the switch has been actuated. Additionally, the switches are illuminated with light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to provide visibility of switch actuation in dimly lit settings. The LED can be mounted on the switch actuator or on the PCB.
