MPC6-1WD12Vis a multifunction LED indicator, providing visual indication of power or instrumentation operations, status, and process control. This Panel Indicators, Pilot Light is IP65 rated for water resistance and UV resistant. It has two different panel thickness, designed for front panel or instrument panel mounting. It is great for many applications for providing a multi panel indicator of power or instrumentation such as in military, industrial process controls, instrumentation control, earth moving equipment, transportation, HVAC control systems, medical/laboratory equipment and automation and communication systems.
The MPC6-1WD12V has 3 bi-color LED colors(red/green, red/yellow, and green/yellow) and a lens color, a red LED, and lens color choices of either red or blue. With its integrated resistor and voltage drop control, it ensures a long life and color stability. With a wide operating temperature range of -20⁰C to 70⁰C, and the RoHS compliance ,it is suitable for most environments.
The MPC6-1WD12V works when two wires are connected across the circuit, providing the primary connection. The corresponding wire entries are clamped to the main module by the clamping screws at the bottom of the indicator housing. The wire clamp is adjustable to either open or close the circuit, allowing for current to flow through the single circuit, disrupting the flow when open; or continue to when closed. The LED light then illuminates in a bright light.
As a Panel Indicators, Pilot Light, it works by emitting a visible signal whenever it is exposed to a power setting or a signal from a process control device. The LED is activated when the respective circuit is closed, or when the LED is exposed to a power setting.
