Working Principle

MS4800S-20-1080-15X-30R machine safety light curtain consists of an infra-red laser-emitting diode (LED) on one side and a photo-diode on the other side of the device. When the photo-diode detectors receive sufficient infra-red light, a signal is sent from the transmitter to the receiver, which then sends out an alarm. The light curtain has 30 safety beams, protected by 15 transceiver pairs, each beam is divided into two segments, with 15 base widths. When the transmitted light is not interrupted, the safety beam does not send out a signal. When the transmitted light of one or several beams is interrupted, the safety beam sends out a signal, triggering the alarm and stopping the machine.
