Diodes - Bridge Rectifiers

A bridge rectifier, also known as a diode bridge, is an electronic compensation device made of several diodes connected in a specific arrangement. It is capable of providing a full wave output voltage when connected to an AC source, allowing AC to be equal in both amplitude and peak voltage. By changing the difference between the capacitive load and the diode bridge voltage rating, the rectified voltage will remain reasonably constant to the variations of the input voltage.
