The MT9LSDT1672G-13EG2 is a single-rank, 1 GByte memory module with a 200-pin DDR2-667 (PC2-5300) interface. It is well suited for a wide range of applications, including servers, workstations, enterprise workstations, telecom and supercomputing applications. The module is rated to operate at 1.8 volts and it has an internally self-calibrating Timing Reference. Each memory module measures only 144.0 mm x 33.5 mm and comes with a robust 13-bit ECC protection feature.

The MT9LSDT1672G-13EG2 can be used in a variety of applications, such as enterprise applications, as well as embedded and industrial solutions. In a server, the module can be used in a variety of configurations, such as a single-processor system or a Multi-socket/Multi-Core platform, where the number of cores can be easily increased or decreased.
