MXLP6KE15A is a TVS - Diodes(Transient Voltage Suppressor). It helps protect electronics from damage due to electrostatic discharges, electrical fast transients and other forms of surge on the power, data, and control lines. These devices limit the voltage of the output to a safe level by diverting the current away from the sensitive components. The device includes an integrated protection circuitry and a unique low voltage Bi-directional Zener diode combined in a single package.
Application Fields

Working Principles
