What is TVS- Diodes?
Transil (Transient Voltage Suppression – TVS – Diodes) is a component designed for protection against electrical overstress, transient voltage spikes, and/or electrostatic discharges (ESD) that can ruin or damage sensitive electronic microcircuits.
