MXP5KE120A is a Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diode manufactured by MCC (Micro Commercial Components). It is designed in a two-pin ultra-small SMA, with a peak pulse power of 1100 Watts and a 5 Kilovolt (KV) of stand-off voltage.
