TVS - Diodes are a type of semiconductor device designed to suppress high-voltage transients and protect the digital or analog audio with interruptions. The MXP5KE54AE3 is an unidirectional TransilTM diode array with an integrated TVS and is also referred to as an SPD (Surge Protection Device).
