TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressors) diodes, commonly known as “clamping diodes”, are used to protect electronic systems and components from transient overvoltage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), Electrical Fast Transients (EFT), and lightning. The MXP6KE110CA is a 1500 watts unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode which is designed to protect a wide range of sensitive electronic components and systems from voltage transients caused by ESD, EFT, and lightning strikes. This diode is one of the most advanced and reliable transient voltage suppression solutions, providing excellent protection up to 1500 watts peak power capability at a working frequency range of 6 Hertz to 100 Hertz.
