NC7SV126P5X is a high performance and low power Logic interface device which is used in applications such as automotive, HDMI, image/video capturing, communications, payment terminals, gaming system, cable modems and general purpose communications. It integrates quick, low voltage ESD protection diodes and Schottky protection diodes for high-speed EMI/EMC protection for handling between 1 and 5 amplification elements along with an integrated bipolar transistor driver, an I/O buffer, and a receiver in a single device. It is available in a range of logic families, including TTL and CMOS.
The NC7SV126P5X operates as a buffer for digital data transmission and amplification. The device features a Schottky diode protection circuit which enables data transfer between digital logic gates at different logic levels. The buffer can operate from a range of voltage levels, from single-ended source of 3 V to 5 V and from a different logic level of 5 V to 3.3 V, VDD or the logic level of choice.
The integrated bipolar transistor driver enables the user to interconnect the two different logic levels, allowing the highest speed and data transfer rate possible with ESD protection. It offers a maximum frequency of 1.5 GHz and interconnects up to 5 separate lines. It also offers a wide range of slew-rate control options which allow the user to control the rise and fall times of multiple transitions.
