Logic - Gates and Inverters
The NC7SZ32FHX is a single gate logic level low power N-channel MOSFET with extremely low on-resistance. Specifically, it has a typical drain source on-resistance of only 4.2 mΩ which results in excellent current carrying capability. Moreover, this transistor operates at very low gate drive voltages, minimizing power dissipation and the need for level translators when the MOSFET is used in interfacing with other types of systems.
The NC7SZ32FHX has an excellent combination of low gate drive and low on-resistance which makes it an excellent choice for a wide range of applications.
