NCP4330DR2G is a voltage regulator subsystems (PMICs) consisting of the NCP4330, a three-phase synchronous buck controller and the NCP1605, a dual channel phase lock loop (PLL). This integrated phase locked loop (IPLL) support a single phase output, a dual phase output, or a three phase output. It has an extended input voltage range from 3 V to 30 V allowing the device to be used in a variety of applications such as automotive, server power supplies, and DC-DC converters. The device features a programmable high-current limit, excellent line and load transient response and output voltage accuracy over the wide temperature range for applications that require tight system control.

The NCP4330DR2G is capable of producing output voltages as low as 0.6V and output current up to 50A.
