The NCP5203MNR2 is a Single Mosfet Versatile High-SideSwitching Controller, specifically designed to safely drive various electronicloads in applications requiring high-side switching such as cooling fans,automotive systems, home appliances and industrial equipment.

It is a high-sidemosfet driver integrated into a low quiescent current and small packagesolution. It has been designed to support harsh automotive environments withtemperature range from -40 to +125C and ESD protection up to >6KV. Thecontroller provides enhanced diagnostics functionalities (T_FAULT, Open Load andGround Fault Detection, Lock Protection) and system optimization features suchas thermal management, to increase the reliability and robustness of systemoperations.
