NCP5111PG is a gate driver commonly used in power management integrated circuit (PMIC) applications. It is designed to interface with a variety of gate drivers, such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, or BJTs. It can also be used to operate a variety of DC motors and other motor control applications.

NCP5111PG is based on a Charge-Mode Gate Drive System, known for providing superior switch performance and low power consumption. Through this technique, the NCP5111PG can provide up to 1A peak source and short-circuit current. It also has optional slew rate control, which essentially enables the user to control the rise and fall time of the gate drive.
