NCS5000SNT1G is an RF detector designed with a combination of Surface Mount and Through-Hole components. This RF Detector is suitable for a wide range of applications where fast and accurate reading are required in RF applications. It can also be used in radio broadcast systems.
The NCS5000SNT1G has an RF receiver circuit working with an Electronic Time-Domain Reflection (ETDR) array. This device measures the instantaneous received power of an RF signal from a transmitter by making use of an instantaneous frequency sweep (IFS). The detector measures the frequency spectrum and provides an estimate of the thermal noise sources in that particular frequency range. This device provides an overall range of reception from DC to 6GHz. It also has harmonic rejection capability up to 6GHz.
The NCS5000SNT1G is particularly suitable for RF signal monitoring and detection.
