NJM4151D is a DC/DC buck converter PWM chip designed for low voltages, making it well-suited for use in automotive electronic applications. It is a Voltage-to-Frequency (V/F) and Frequency-to-Voltage (F/V) converter with an integrated low-pass filter and under voltage detector.

When input voltage drops below 4.0V, the under-voltage lockout circuit automatically sets the output voltage to its minimum value to protect the chip from overload or over-voltage damage.
