NJU7241F28-TE1 is an advanced 3V to 28V output, high-accuracy DC/DC synchronous step up (Boost) converter with PFM and PWM control mode. It can provide 1.2A of continuous output current with a maximum voltage difference of 28V. It is designed to wide input voltage application, low operating current and small size. The NJU7241F28-TE1 operates from input voltage from 2.2V to 5.5V and is able to supply a wide range of output voltages for a variety of system architectures.

NJU7241F28-TE1 is categorized as PMIC – Voltage Regulators – Linear. It has two operating modes, PFM and PWM. The PFM mode is suitable for medium and low power application. It is capable of generating an adjustable output voltage of 3V to 28V with a programmable switching frequency.
