NKDLCMIG, or Non-Kinematic Direct Laser Cladding/Modification and In-situ Generative Process, is a technology for enhancing the surface properties and fatigue strength of metallic parts without adding any additional material. In this process, the surface of the base metal is melted by a laser beam and powdered alloying material is injected directly into the molten pool. The molten materials form an uniform three-dimensional network of inter-penetrating crystals, which is then solidified in a short time to form a durable and wear-resistant coating of exceptional microstructures and properties. This process is ideal for the coating of large area components such as engine parts, cylinder heads, hydraulic pumps, etc.

NKDLCMIG process is very reliable, efficient, and economical compared to traditional methods. The process has a very high deposition rate, eliminates the need for pre-treatment such as hardening or heat treatment, and produces strong and uniform coatings that can be quickly applied over the entire surface of the part. This makes it an ideal choice for the coating of parts that have complex contours or large surface areas.
