NKSVCBL (Non-Knife Stabbing Vapour Crystal Battery Layer) is a type of advanced battery technology developed for Electric Vehicle (EV) applications. NKSVCBL is based on a Type-1 composite battery layer. This layer is composed of two types of electrodes: graphene and metal chalcogenides. Graphene is an atomically thin, hexagonal lattice of carbon with numerous advantages over traditional battery technology, including thermal stability, resistance to corrosion, high electrical conductivity and mechanical strength. The metal chalcogenides are a type of metal oxide with a high surface area and robust electrochemical properties.

When the power source is connected, current flows through the battery layer, causing electrons to move through the graphene sheets. Theseelectrons then react with the metal chalcogenides, transferring energy into the battery and charging it.

Once the battery is sufficiently charged, it can be used to provide power to its intended destination. The NKSVCBL layer then acts as an electrical conductor, allowing the current generated by the power source to be transferred to its destination. This process can be repeated multiple times, enabling the user to charge and discharge the battery multiple times without any significant decline in performance.
