The chip can operate from single 5V supply and clock frequency up to 20MHz. The chip has a Data OutStrobe function, which can sample the data from the data I/O port to the memory array.
When the chip is used, first, the target address must be generated. This can be done by using the CAS (Column Address Strobe) and RAS (Row Address Strobe) signals. When an address is applied to the chip, the CAS and RAS signals must be strobed, and then the data can be read or written. Also, when the chip is used, the WE (Write Enable) or OE (Output Enable) signal must also be strobed, and then the data can be read/written.
