The four channels mix and matchable from on-slit reading to two-slits forward and backward reading, and have respectively the different full well capacity and noise immunity. A column shift readout scheme is applied in order to evade photon saturation via the number of accumulated electrons. With the help of 8K bytes of embedded on-chip, non-volatile memory and 10-bit A/D converter, no dark current gain control is needed.
