The NUD3112LT1G is a low external component count load switch for exclusive load drive applications. This power distribution switch is ideal for supplying power to Exclusive Load Drivers (ELDs) from source devices. It is designed to maximize efficiency by minimizing sleep power, providing low RDS(ON) (< 1 ohms) resistance, and allowing fast switching times. The NUD3112LT1G is capable of carrying up to 12 amp pulses of current, with a peak switching current of up to 25 amps.

The load switch acts as the power distribution switch for exclusive load drivers, providing current to the load drivers when needed. It is designed to operate in a wide range of voltage supplies, ranging from 2.6V to 5.5V, and also features a low turn-on voltage of just 0.5V.
