NX7102IDETR Application Field and Working Principle

As a typical type of DC DC switching regulators, NX7102IDETR belongs to PMIC (Power Management IC). In particular, it is a non-isolated DC DC step-down switching regulator that provides power from an input DC source in the range of 4V to 60V to various loads such as FPGAs, DSPs, microprocessors, CCDs, etc. NX7102IDETR is especially suitable for applications that require high-speed response, low-noise operation, low component count and very low standby power.

NX7102IDETR provides 7A output current and has three types of output voltages (3.3V, 5V, 12V). It adopts peak current mode control, digital loop compensation and duty cycle preloading, providing fast dynamic response, high accuracy and good noise suppression. Moreover, its low frequency switching mode operation reduces output ripple, resulting in a clean power supply. In addition, its frequency ranges from 400KHz to 2MHz and can be adjusted depending on the application.
