The OPA2336E/250 is the latest addition to the OPA family of low-power, high-slew rate, precision operational amplifiers (op-amps). This device is designed for use in battery-powered, low voltage applications such as portable medical instrumentation, portable communication systems, mobile data acquisition and other similar applications. As a high-speed, precision op-amp offering excellent input/output characteristics and very low power consumption, the OPA2336E/250 offers a unique combination of performance and low power requirements.

The OPA2336E/250 offers a wide range of application fields, covering a variety of linear and non-linear operations. Because of its large slew rate and high precision, it is particularly suitable for small signal processing, like audio and video signal integration, amplifier stages, and low-level analog signal conditioning. It also features excellent bandwidth and stability, making it a great choice for high frequency straight-through applications such as pulse and time domain multiplexers. Moreover, the OPA2336E/250 can be used as a voltage buffer in a variety of data acquisition and signal conditioning applications.

The OPA2336E/250 can be operated in single- or dual-ended configurations. Its wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) enables it to be used in extreme environmental conditions. Furthermore, the OPA2336E/250 has an excellent common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 130 dB and a high input offset voltage of 0.2 mV. These characteristics make it very suitable for use in high-resolution data acquisition systems, precision active filters, and many other applications where precise signal conditioning is required.

The working principle of the OPA2336E/250 is based on the well-known amplifying effects of an op-amp. An op-amp is a differential amplifying device that compares two input voltages and outputs a signal reflecting the difference between them. The OPA2336E/250 has two input pins, one positive and one negative, and a single output pin. The output signal is usually positive, as the difference between the two input voltages is usually positive, but can also be negative.
