OPA336NA/3K Series Micropower CMOS Operational Amplifiers Specifically designed for battery powered applications. them Powered by a single supply, the operating voltage is as low as 2.1V. The output is rail-to-rail and swings within 3mV A 100kΩ load is provided. Common mode range Extends to Negative Supply - Ideal for Single Supply application. Single, dual and quad versions have the same specifications for maximum design flexibility. In addition to small size and low quiescent current (20µA/amp), they have low offset voltage (125µV max), low input bias current (1pA), and high open-loop gain (115dB). Dual and Quad Design Features Fully independent minimum crosstalk circuitry and Free from interaction. The OPA336NA/3K package is a tiny SOT23-5 surface mount and SO-8 surface mount. The OPA2336 is tiny MSOP-8 Surface Mount, SO-8 Surface Mount and DIP-8 Bag. OPA4336 package is space saving SSOP-16 surface mount. All specified from –40°C to +85°C, operating temperature range is –55°C to +125°C.
