The OPA4277UAE4 is a precision low-power, low-noise, low-distortion, rail-to-rail single-supply operational amplifier that amplifies accurate signals in high-temperature environments. This device belongs to the linear amplifier class and is specifically designed to provide both exceptional performance and compact size for instrumentation, operational amplifiers (op amps), buffer amplifiers and other applications. The OPA4277UAE4 is ideal for high-frequency signal conditioning, signal processing and control circuits that are used in audio, video, communication and instrumentation applications.

The OPA4277UAE4 operates from ±2V to ±18V single-supply and also from ±1.25V to ±6.5V dual-supply. It offers a wide bandwidth of 1MHz, wide slew rate of 20V/μs, low noise of 2.6nV・Hz, low offset voltage and high open-loop gain of 1.3×105. It is offered in a space-saving SOT-23-5 package and is pin compatible with the popular TSSOP-8 package.

Due to its rail-to-rail output common-mode swings, the OPA4277UAE4 is suitable for biomedical amplification as well as ultrasound imaging, medical ultrasound, and medical imaging instrumentation. It can also be used in automotive applications with its low-noise rejection and distortion performance, and it can operate within temperature ranges from -40℃ to +125℃.

The OPA4277UAE4 features a low-noise bipolar input and rail-to-rail output common-mode voltage swings. This device also comprises of an integrated unity-gain stable, low-power, and low-distortion, Rail-To-Rail amplifier. It has a wide unity-gain bandwidth of 1MHz and offers a low noise of 2.6nV・Hz, low distortion of 0.0003% THD, wide common-mode input voltage range of ±2V to ±18V and a wide slew rate of 20V/μs. Additionally, the device can be connected directly to the low-voltage signal sources.

The device is designed to have extremely low power consumption of only 5.75mW in a SOT-23-5 package and also features a high input and output impedance of 125kΩ and 1.2MΩ, respectively. This makes it ideal for applications where power consumption is a major concern or space is very limited.

The OPA4277UAE4 has an internal unity-gain compensation that creates stability for single-supply and large capacitive loads and offers protection from over-temperature conditions.
