Working Principle:

The OS3101-4-PN-10PT utilizes a semiconductor strain gauge as the sensing element. This element consists of a Wheatstone bridge circuit that detects changes in the strain of the material when the pressure is applied. The output signal of this circuit is proportional to the applied pressure, and is used to generate the 4 to 20 mA signal for accurate pressure monitoring.

The device also features a temperature compensation range from -20°C to +80°C. The temperature sensor monitors the ambient temperature and compensates for the effect it has on the accuracy of the pressure readings. This ensures the highest accuracy and repeatability over a wide range of temperature ranges.
