OSTYK21120030 series offers modular terminal blocks solutions for a diverse range of applications. Each terminal block in the OSTYK21120030 series comes supplied with a built-in barrier strip. This barrier strip electrically isolates the front of the terminal block from the rear and divides the block into two sections. This allows power to be routed in a safe and efficient way.
When power is supplied to the terminal block, the current flows from same side and through the built-in barrier strip. From here, the current is divided into two parts that travel either left or right in what is referred to as a “Y” connection. The current is then routed out through two separate outputs. The current can then be used to power various equipment. The built-in barrier strip also keeps the two parts of the connection isolated from each other, providing safe and reliable operation.
