OTM5170BCPZN is a special purpose linear amplifier designed to provide increased signal gain and wideband operation from 3-200 MHz. This amplifier is suitable for a wide range of applications including RF and microwave communications systems as well as for signal distribution and video/audio amplification. OTM5170BCPZN offers excellent noise performance, low power consumption and low cost. It is available in both through hole and surface mount packages.

The OTM5170BCPZN amplifier is designed using advanced circuit techniques, which provide a very wide bandwidth from 3-200 MHz with a low noise figure of 2.7 dB. The maximum output power is 35dBm with a gain of 25dB. The amplifier is supplied with a built-in bias tee, allowing direct connection of a DC power source to the amplifier.
