OZ-SS-112L1 is mainly used for emergency shutdown applications,including gas and oil exploration and transportation,chemical production,power production and distribution,sewage treatment,on-site metal-mining power systems,and petrochemical facility power systems. It is suitable for panel mounting in standard box or customized carcasses, or can be fitted into a control panel using a standard rail holder.



Working Principle


OZ-SS-112L1 consists of an electromagnet,an armature,a pair of contacts,a common base,a coil,a connector,a strain relief,and a switch case. The electromagnet is made of a permanent magnet and a coil that generates an electromagnetic flux. This electromagnetic flux acts on the armature,causing it to move a small distance and open or close the switch contacts. The coil and contacts are then connected to the common base,which is secured to the strain relief,which provides stability and protection from strain-caused damage.
