.Thyristors, also known as silicon-controlled rectifiers, are a special type of electronic component developed to provide efficient, effective and reliable switching control in all kinds of electrical systems. The P0080SCMCRP is a forward-blocking thyristor designed for use in a wide range of industries and applications.

The P0080SCMCRP is a forward-blocking thyristor which is designed to block any reverse current from passing through. This allows the device to be used in circuits where reverse voltage protection is essential – such as when installing in DC circuits associated with inductive devices or electromagnets.
